Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–10 business days
International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and order weight.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GineInkCreations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
